I purchased a 3/4 tri-color wig off Amazon just to see if I could manage the piece myself--I have spent thousands on bonded extensions which I had in my natural long hair since 2004 (finally abandoned them due to cost increase). The 3/4 wig is the best purchase ever--my other pieces and extensions are human hair--the Amazon wig is not but it looks great. It is very full but that's the whole point--this is a glam look, it's versatile however (ponytail) and I can wear it up-do as well. My Foxy Lock clip-ins are fabulous also--I use 2 of 8 wefts for casual looks and put the whole set in for special nights out. I can't stand anything that looks cheap, ill fitted like Barbie doll hair plastic. I spend hours on TH-cam learning techniques. If you can afford the human hair then go for it--otherwise take a look at the fabulous synthetics --technology in hair improves constantly and you can buy a 3/4 for under $30 (look at the ones rated 5 stars).

Did you buy the Kari Koli one? Can you straighten it like in the video? And if so, is it hard to curl it again? I may buy a second one so I can have one straight and one curled. Hopefully my straightening iron has a temperature gage!

Foxy locks have tons of pieces and they are more expensive.
