- In this Meta Business Suite tutorial, I share how you can use Meta Business Suite to grow your business online in 2023.
The Meta business suite is an all-in-one platform that allows you to create ads, manage messages and manage and schedule posts across channels from one location.

Excellent tutorial! Thank you for your effort and clear understanding. One minor item - is there a logout or sign out feature once inside of the Meta BM? Is it recommended to open the BM in a separate window from the business page? Specifically, getting into the BM is clear cut, but navigationally it appears to replace the business page in the same tab. I was having difficulty figuring out how to navigate back to my business page and signing out.

Personally, I usually open the MBS in a seperate window. You can also navigate to the business suite from your business page (meta business suite option in the left side bar).

Great tutorial! This is so helpful! I'm having trouble posting images when doing both FB & Instagram. I load the images, but it will not let me publish until I change all the images to a square aspect ratio. Is there a way that I can keep the original image shape in FB and allow it to be square in Instagram? I really don't want to have to use all square images in order to use both platforms. Thanks!

Yes you can change the content that you upload specifically for Facebook and Instagram.
Great tutorial! Thank you! Can you please provide any insight into how to link a calendar to the appointment setting that is in the All Tools tab? I've built services, and I've gone through all the appointment settings... but the availability seems to be only M-S general availability... I cannot find any place that I can access / link a calendar that would allow me to block off specific days where I might not be available, or where I have already booked other services outside of FB. Thanks so much for any light you can shed on the situation. TIA from Canada. :)

Thanks for the tutorial! Hoping to get input - I work for an agency in the process of switching clients and scheduled content from a third-party platform to Meta.. Any tips on what would be the best way to send monthly "Content" to approve? perhaps just the meta calendar link?
Glad it was helpful! I would use a Google Calendar or software like Asana or Monday (of other work management tool) that way you can share private boards and calendars with your clients.

Very good introductory video. Here's a question I'm sure you get a lot Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio or both?
Depends. We spend most of our time in the Business Suite (ideal for small business). However, if you are a creator you have more deeper analytics and monitization features. The business suite has more features and I believe soon that the features of the creator studio will be moved over to the business suite. Although, this is still unclear. I hope this helped!
Excellent tutorial! Question - Creator Studio use to have a free Sound Collection, but with the new Meta Business Suite, I can't find the Sound Collection. Is it available in Meta Business Suite?

You will still have to use the creator studio for that for now. MBS does not currently offer this.

Hi, it is a great tutorial 😊. I have been using it for a while and I am constantly overlooking or missing some of the Facebook and IG comments especially when they are not as a direct response to a post but in the thread. I always open a “Newest” instead of “Most relevant” and I got a few newest. But whenever I scroll down, I can see many more responses which didn’t appear as the newest ones. Do I miss something? Or do you have a better idea of how I can see all the new responses in one place? Thanks 👍

I suggest using a tool like Buffer, Later, Zoho Social or Canva to do this.

However the past few days only two of the three FB groups are showing and one is not listed now for me to share to. I am still the owner and admin of the missing group on my Meta Business Suite

Hello Stewart. This is a great tutorial. I subscribed to your channel. I use MBS on a daily basis however, the one question I can't seem to get an answer to is, how do I send a brand new message to an organization from my business account? I've seen tutorials on how to send a new reply message to someone who sent me a message but I need to send one out to different organizations. I do not want to "create message ad" unless I can send it privately.

Thank you for the tutorial! What about posting multiple videos at once and then scheduling? Content manager allowed this. I schedule a video a day and it takes a lot of time to load one by one and schedule in this new suite - hate it! I used to be able to go back 3-4 years and easily repost a video again without having to upload it. I no longer see an option for that. I could post 15 -30 videos in under an hour for a month. Any advice for this? Thank you!

I wouldn't use Meta for this. I personal would recommend a social media management tool like Later.

You should be able to simply add a caption to each post before scheduling.
I am managing a persons social media for them, in my previous company I used meta buisness suite as I liked that I could schedule posts and do instagram and fb at the same time. If it is a persons social media do you have to create a business account to be able to use meta-business suite?

You will have to be connected to their Meta and manage their assets through their accounts.
Do you know why a Meta Business Suite account would not include the Insights option? My left side tools are same as yours EXCEPT for Insights. I selected "Edit", but Insights are not available there, either.
