This was cool to watch to see how others do their resets and what works for them to get inspiration. How do your boats hold up being stacked directly under other full ones?

It was a bit of work to put it all together but shouldn’t take more than a day to get things in order. The boxes hold up fine, I’ve used recycled cardboard ones before but they tear and break easily - these white ones are very sturdy and have no issue when stacked up as it’s the items themselves that are bearing the weight. Plus when I’ve done a fresh consolidation the boxes are chock a block so they act like a big brick and items don’t get damaged etc. Thanks for watching and commenting

Super curious to know more on the stock which gets culled. How old is old, like whats the "determining factor" and since doing the reset, on average how much are you writing off per round? Im implementing my new clearing out of stock (from new listing, to discounted, to culling) and just interesting to be able to have insight from your side.

Thanks for your question, Chris. My current approach is a 3-strike strategy (3 rounds of staged discounting that begins once an item has been sitting in store for a certain length of time) before being removed/donated. This approach applies broadly to most items, but some also bypass this if they: are incredibly unique, known to be long-tail, or rank highly in my brand list. Hope that helps champ ❤
