You join me this week taking on the problem I've been moaning about for a while and that's the state of my motorhome! This week i'm decluttering, emptying and cleaning it properly to get things back on the right tracks. I've been living in the motorhome for about 15 months full time now and I seen to have acquired quite a lot of stuff, from moving things from the old motorhome to just stuff creeping in. To do this I've booked into a lovely little campsite for 4 nights to focus on nothing but sorting the motorhome once and for all!

The campsite was lovely, I can't believe it's that close to my family and I've not been there before, I will definitely be using that campsite a lot more often now I know its there.

Now, if I remember rightly when you first got your tag axle, I said be careful, … the bigger the van the more crap you carry… We downsized 5 yrs ago from a tag to a camper van and now only carry what I actually need. Not only does it cut down on weight but saves you money on the fuel costs too.

When you use them containers with lids, put a list of whats in them on the inside of the container facing you and number them so then once you take a picture of that label. Simple old fashioned pen and paper will save the day every day 😂
Blimey I just searched for that sauce and on amazon for a 1kg pot it will coat £41 quid!! Think I'll give that a miss lol

Liking the videos mate, newly subbed, read a couple negative comments on this vid cause of that hello fresh ad. Ignore that negativity, only thing I will say to aid you in staying healthy and for some good full body fitness is, buy a single 8/12kg kettlebell and KB swings every day. Start with 5/10 continuous swings and slowly build it up in increments of 5 until you hit 30/50, that will greatly help with weight control, overall health, and the best part, it burns massive calories in like 10/20 min. Super easy my dude, grab it, swing it and done. Boom, my partner isn’t a fan of fitness but I showed her this KB and got her to swing is 25 times in a row, everyday and that’s she’s done. She just cracks them out in 5 min and fitness done for that day hahaha! Anyway keep up the vids!

Nice one. Amazing to see how much stuff you carry around, but then it is your home. I don’t think you’d ever be able to downsize to a PVC now. The dog bowl ‘plates’ i think are a great idea, but can’t see the Boss agreeing to! Looking forward to your meanderings northwards😊
Hi, there. Yes, I'd love to get a motorbut there's so expensive insurance and maintenance and storage.
You've done great getting rid of stuff. Consider dumping the deep fryer, you'll not miss it if you swap to the air fryer....also once you've got rid of your mayonnaise, stick to 1 small bottle...and also once you e used the disposable BBQs , stick to just 1.
A good stopover in Scotland is Lairg, off the A9, good free parking on the Loch with a shop and chip shop within 200 metres. We live in the village, would love to meet you! Loved in Orkney for 7 years so can give some tips and pointers if you fancy it. Alternatively, we are in Perth soon at Scone if you are stopping here and fancy saying hi! Keren and Steve
The caravan and motorhome club site at high ash Thetford is a nice site. No toilet and shower block, but it's nice and quiet and very well kept. Maybe stop at Cambridge on your way there. The Camping and caravanning club site at Shelford is good 😉🤫

Im a vanlifer around the Thetford area, some great park ups here. if you get time go I'd recomend Santon Downham, not very urban but i see your switching it up with the dr pepper, why not mix it up with a forest park up! theres loads of places i could recomend, get in touch if you like

You will find the whole is now under the legal weight limit 🤣🤣🤣. You are good at showing around campsites that you stay at , The toilets are a good point to show. But I would like more info of being able to refill water , dump dirty water and dump , clean onboard toilet water. As not all places have full clean facilities. Thanks
Your motorhome would look much better if you had the blue around the bottom sprayed or wrapped dark silver. It would really modernise it

@TheUrbanMotorhome hi you drive a motorhome like that on a standard UK license or do you need a class C1 license which is the upgrade? I understand from a normal license do you need a tcho card similar to what Laurie drivers use for driving larger vehicles or am I completely wrong as far as I know you can drive a sprinter van on a normal license and certain motorhomes? I'm just not sure about your in particular size of motorhome as it does look a lot bigger than the normal ones. I hope you don't mind me asking just really inquisitive.

I think you’ll find that up to 3.5 ton is a standard driving license and over is a C1. I’ve just up plated my 3.3ton gross to 3.650kg so it’s now classed as a private heavy goods and also the road tax is half what it was 😅

When the pitch comes with electricity then 9/10 I will plug in not because I desperately need it but like you say to give everything a proper top up and to know that after 12/24 hours the batteries are in fact 100% and the reading can be trusted, not saying I can’t trust it but you know what I mean. As well as that I can save my gas so I can put the heating/hot water on with electric and switch my fridge to electric which makes my gas last that little bit longer. But like I say if it’s a CS/CL site or doesn’t have electric then it’s no really bother my system is built to sustain me off grid. Hope this helps 😊

@@johnrowarth9411 I'm not defending him. Depending on what you eat he could have a better diet. Many people think there doing good eating a fruit for example when you look into that fruit is from land far far away and should in fact have spoiled In transit but has been sprayed with something awful that will for sure prevent you getting to old age.
