My Hyryder is giving 25 kms/liter. My driving speed is within 100km/l. Driving this car is very butter smooth. Additional 3 lakh which I spend to buy the vehicle will get recovered soon as I am getting 7 kms more than other competitors SUV!!
It's difficult to make an assessment..i am using a Volkswagen polo wich is 2017 October model driven as of now 135,000 km..My usage is more than 80 kilometre per day..in your case if you use additional 15,000 km per year will only give you benifits..in other hand in three years if you could use around 90,000 km it's benifits otherwise keeping it in a garage as typical keralites does it's an absolute wastage..

Company offers 28kmpl mileage for hybrid. That means to run 1 lakh kms you need 3571 litters of petrol (100000/28). Consider the price per litter of petrol is 100. So you need to spend 357100Rs to run 1 lakh kms .
Now calculate the cost for 1 lakh kms in normal petrol model. Company offers 22kmpl. So to run 1 lakh kms u need 4545 litters of petrol (100000/22).
Consider Petrol price as 100 per liter. So u need to spend Rs 454500 to run 1lakh kms in normal petrol model.
U have to spend only 1lakh rupee more for petrol in normal model to run 1lakh kms. Where as to get the hybrid model you have to spend 3 lakh additional than normal petrol model. How many years will it take for a normal usage car to run 1lakh kms. And you will also have to change the battery after 8years and it may cost around 80k

Sadly Toyota Camry doesn't have a diesel model world wide , only petrol & a strong petrol hybrid ! If I am rite, only 2 petrol model innovas sold in Kerala before & rest of them all diesels . Innova & Fortuner Diesel engines will last more than 10 lacks kms with out any major engine overhaul if, you service & maintain properly .....only I mentioned Toyota models which available in INDIA & if you go abroad, you can see plentry of Toyota models including SUV king , The Toyota Land cruiser V8 & Lexus range ( Toyota's Luxury brand ) of vechiles ..... SHIBU DEVARAJAN, Louvre hotels group, UAE .
