Ah. Goldman Sachs. I worked there for close to 2 decades and now after working at my current job, I realize how miserable I was at GS. I think all those years, i was brainwashed into thinking working at GS was the bomb as everyone wanted to work there. No... pretentious, arrogant, show offs, folks on their high horses are people who wants to work there. My immediate manager literally once said "people who work here are the ones that want to be here". At least in my team, everyone cares about themselves, backstab and throw you under. The competition was literally who can do the least amount of work and be one of the faves. It was sickening. People literally creating work for their own job security.
I still want to work there haha I do understand what you mean but imagine going through all of that but for a dead end job and low salary... if I will be miserable I rather be miserable there.
Could I work in an investment bank at the age of 14? I really have a big passion with business and a lot of education about finance. I even predicted the crash of Bitcoin and the rise of a solar company, but my dad didn't allow me to short sell Bitcoin and to invest in the solar company so I lost the opportunity 😂. If you will say I am too young about stress and more I don't actually care since I have already made a routine. I am also in west Africa.
Thank you for sharing! I start in the Private Wealth division next week! Do you have any inside information about this team you can share with me? Thanks!

I am currently working for one of the Big4 with 3+ yrs of experience and I want to join GS but my cgpa in my masters last education is 6.47 so will it be impossible?
Thanks for watching my video :) I left to go back to grad school. I made a video on how I got in/which programs I got into and will be making more videos as I start the program!
That culture of being proud for such a work load with one of the most profitable investment banks should be something to be embarrassing of. I would prefer you not disclosing information what may imply understaffing or poor managing. Just my opinión with my respects

I mean its goldman sachs, people are working there to make money and so they hustle for it. Work life balance is not their focus.
You mean P&G, except acceptance rate is... let's just say a lot higher. Room for everyone over at P&G... #Diversity, right?
Please tell more.. I’ve worked in many banks and your description is pretty accurate like the kind of conduct at any British bank, mind you!

Hi Jenny, many thanks for your nice video, could you please make ine regarding best way to apply for Goldman Sachs as a forext trader?
hey i need to ask a few questions, how do i ask you?
Thank you for sharing. I wanted to join an investment bank, but I may be too old for that. I'd like to know more about the financial sector.
You can go back to school and get your masters to get back into the recruiting pool
Why are there so many of such youtube videos lately?
Because Goldman pay is shit for people like her, they try to leverage off working at a prestigious bank at the bank some more side income.
@@AoWiCreation They may pay crap but having Goldman Sachs on your resume definitely opens other doors regardless of how much they paid you.
I watched your vlog and it’s interesting

You are a stock trader?

If you don’t mind sharing, why did you leave? I am assuming we can expect a future vid?
Thanks for watching my video :) I left to go back to grad school. I made a video on how I got in/which programs I got into and will be making more videos as I start the program!
Very informative.
wow, they sponsored your visa? i expected a conservative cut-throat firm like GS would just ignore foreigners. looks like i was wrong
You would be surprised how many foreigners these firms employ and it’s higher than you think.
I like your face, that's why I clicked this video
Thanks
