Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas discussed who he believes are the best players at each position in the NBA today, offering unique insights into his choices. Rings and MVPs make Jokic the more favorable but it’s crazy how people act like the Embiid and Jokic debate is one sided. The only two things that Jokic does better than Embiid are passing and rebounding…he doesn’t score better nor defend better and every time they match up Embiid makes Jokic look silly.
Then why has Embiid not played in Denver going on 5 years? Why can't he stay healthy? Why did he cry like a bitch to win mvp? Why does he disappear when needed most in the playoffs?
It's not a one sided debate but Embiid don't score that much better than Jokic to make up for the gap in passing.
@@frankmathews the real question is what makes yall think he’s afraid to play in Denver out of all places lmao He already has to play in two of the most raucous and chaotic environments in the NBA consistently each year in the regular season and playoffs (NY and Boston) in which Denver doesn’t even come close to being as harsh. Plus Embiid is always resting because the Sixers take precaution with him. He deals with nagging leg injuries that linger from the original leg injuries that sidelined him for his first two years in the NBA. On top of that the Sixers play Denver the least so it isn’t surprising he hasn’t been in Denver for that long…one of those years we only played y’all once out the entire season 😂😂😂

supposedly going to be the best defensive center ever. Jokic scored 50 once and that was his career high…Embiid scored 50+ 8 times. The issue with Embiid is that the Sixers fail to build a championship team around him plus his health issue doesn’t help the situation either. Jokic style of play is more team friendly plus he’s more reliable health wise
