The Party founders sydrome in Uganda's Political Parties

Some veteran politicians suggest that the unending internal fights within Uganda’s political parties are as a result of the founder syndrome. These warn that the trend could have adverse effects on democracy. They argue that if the notion is not dealt with, upcoming and young politicians will be suffocated by the strongmen who, according to them, are now some sort of small gods in political parties.
