* Red Velvet Cake Mix
* Carrot Cake Mix
* Double Chocolate Cookie Mix
* Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Cream Cheese Frosting
* 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
* 1 stick Unsalted Butter
* 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
* 1 TSP Vanilla

Easier way refrigerate the dough so its not sticks and use the wax paper to even them out.

I once heard curmbl cookies described as “medium rare” and they said it like it was a bad thing? Like bro, I only bake medium rare cookies, they are objectively the best

The fat you use does matter. The milk solids will react to create a different flavor and texture, but it won't ruin it by any means.
Yes 1/2 c of butter softened or melted. I add a couple tbsp. Of flour too so the dough is more dense and doesn’t spread. Chill it for 1/2hr before baking too

@@Randomgirl6060 In Utah, a local place called RubySnap . Hands down, the best cookies I've had in my whole life. They can ship their cookies if you live elsewhere. I haven't tasted any others that really compare.
