I just got back from a ten day hiking trip to Scotland. I think I took more great photos in 10 days than in my last 71 years. Stunning, awesome scenery everywhere you turn. Glencoe, Balquhidder, Balmoral, Skye, Glennfinnan and all points in between, absolutely gorgeous. Photographers paradise? More like photographers nightmare! Sensory overload! SO much to see and appreciate. At least two weeks, next time. Once isn’t enough.
superb video ..used to love swimming in that waterfall years ago when wee used to visit invermallie bothy ..wee used to jump off the bridge just past your dream home ...gr8 days ..thanks for sharing 👌
Stunning finds, just goes to show what's out there. And if you are not out there you're not going to find it. Thought you had captured a submarine at 15.41 then I put my glasses on and it was a small island with some trees.
Gary, wow, wow and wow. What beautiful photos of that waterfall. Also the pictures of the lake. It remains and is a pleasure to watch your videos. They are educational and your light-hearted way of presenting makes it fascinating. On to the next video and expect an invite for the weekend.
Its always nice to discover a new location and you got some great pictures again, but be careful I think you had a stalker in the background perhaps it was a fellow TH-cam spy! I think you should stick to the places you know or carry a flare just in case you need help! Thank you for taking us with you again....
nice house that !, although we are well travelled in those parts, earlier this year was the first time that we had been along that road, and it was well worth the drive, the name of the falls is " Eas Chia-Aig " love the photos
It would appear you are being stalked! Vehicles and people sneaking up on you then moving away. Your own paparazzi? I fully respect your desire to become a Scottish lord of that manor! Another great video Gary. Good luck on the 20,000,000 subscribers.
Yet another great video Gary. By the sounds of it, we were both in Glencoe at the same time the other week, as I also had very wet and windy weather which was a real challenge.
Great video again Gary. I know this area well as I live close to Glencoe and that waterfall is a stunner! After watching this I’m itching to get back there with my camera. That house always catches my eye when driving past. Such a glorious place to live with an ever changing view.
Was in Glencoe from 23-26 Sep with Mike Jenkinson from Batley Camera Club!! Wet & windy! Only one half-decent sunrise over Rannoch Moor and no sunsets worth capturing. Deleted half of my images due to raindrops on the lens!! Spent a few evenings in the Clachaig Inn to drown my sorrows! I'll be off again in Jan/Feb if the wife lets me!
Thanks Gary for sharing another amazing video, appreciate what you pass onto your viewers. those images were brilliant, what an amazing place. thank you.
You certainly did strike gold with that waterfall. Stunning. Awesome images Gary. Can I subscribe more than once and try to the 20 millionth subscriber to stay at those digs? What a place.
Always a great vid. What a great guy. My only disapointment was the upper shots. A violent waterfall should show that, but hey, it's his style. But I was going to contribute one million towards the real estate.
I cant help you with getting to 20 million Gary as i have already subscribed, but i will give you a hand to move in when you get it. Super film as ever.
Absolutely fantastic images as always Gary the fungi looks amazing , looking forward to the next venture , that house was stunning in a beautiful surroundings too 👍
I just thought in my opinion if it counts for anything, lol, I just thought you went a little to long on the waterfall shots, I love long exposure but just a slight detail helps with the flow. But great shots all of them.
I don't have a problem with a bit of housekeeping when taking a shot and was wondering whether you had considered removing the twig from the background in the fungi shot and whether it would have improved it? Interesting to hear your thoughts Gary
Just landed on your channel. Very fun videos and super informative. Picked up an old canon I had for years waiting to be utilized again. Thank you for some inspiration. Subbed! Let's get you that 20mil ;)
I'm new to your channel and I'm looking forward to some time I can look at your back catalogue of stuff. How lucky were you to find those awesome spots, wow. The house made me giggle.
Hi Gary - I'm off to Glen Coe and Skye next week and would love to get some shots of that waterfall (@ 10 minutes in) could you tell me how to find it please :)
Superb image,s as usuall Gary, was you in Glen Etive? Was their myself this week, Arisaig area, chrimes had a real stormy time of it, managed to snatch some images from a secret bothy, what a location! All waterfall,s/burns in spate, diff condition,s, storm force 9 at times with rain to match.
Hi Steve, firstly, cheers for the kind words. I must have been in Glen Etive the same time as you. The weather was very weathery indeed 😁😁. Always makes for a decent challenge. Secret Bothy? My ears just pricked up 😁
Sorry Gary but I cannot help with the new subscriber contest because I've been a subscriber for some time.😄. I always enjoy your videos. Very interesting and informative. Keep up the great work. 👍👍
From the description of the road and loch I knew you would be there, I love the witch pools there. Did you find any Jacobite gold it was meant to be hidden there :) From your wee hoose if there's no cloud there's a great view of the Ben.
@@GaryGough My bad, I keep saying pools when it's the singular pool. It's the big main pool at the bottom of the two falls in your shot... luckily I got a shot with people swimming don't know if it was a witch though. Google Castle Tioram it's another great spot.
I've been lucky enough to visit Glencoe many times on various trips but I can't say that I've ever seen that waterfall. Is it by Loch Leven? If not, my second guess would be Loch Lochy.
Spectacular vídeo Gary, you could put subtitles in spanish please? I don't speak english and I would love to be able to follow you and understand everything Translated by Google, Thank you cert much Gary, keep It up
So is it just a weekend stay or does it include board & lodge? If so, I will unsubscribe & clock back in nearer the time for a chance to win. Ha Ha ! I am in Exmoor at the moment & I have the opposite problem the rivers are nearly dry. You can walk across in the water at Tarr Steps with just wellies. We also now appear to have a fuel crisis how much better can it get. Stunning images again Mr Gough. I am not a lover of macro/intimate but that fungi shot Wow.
Some great images there Gary, especially the waterfalls, think if you changed your name to Gary Kardashian you may get your subscribers in no time 👍👍regards Phil pace
Another cracking vlog Gary. The drone footage of the waterfalls looked incredible - what a find. Lovely images too, especially enjoyed the fungi shot since I've been doing a bit of that myself lately :) Good luck on your 20 mil subscribers too - it's a beautiful house. I might unsubscribe and keep an eye on your count just to nip that weekend at right at the end :) :)
The image at 14:30 is a stunner - the streaks in the water in the foreground do it for me.... BTW so you want to buy house then? You'll need 21m subscribers, I've had offers you know LOL (secretly wishing it really was mine)
So Gary was that a person or animal creeping up on you as you were taking your photo of the silver birches? As if by magic it suddenly vanished!! Btw house may be cheaper than you think in Scotland 👍👍Great video as ever- looking forward to Glencoe!
I do my fair share of 'housekeeping' Here in the USA you have to be kind of careful to know where you can housekeep and where you can't. Lots and lots of public lands you could end up with penalities - in Minnesota, USA alone we have National Parks, State Parks, National Wildlife Areas, Scientific Natural Areas, Water fowl management areas, Water Management Areas (and those are the one I think think of off the top of my head) - none of which allow housekeeping (or drones for that matter). Interestingly in Water Management areas you can pan for gold as long as you leave the water like you found it Country Parks, private lands, and simple non-designated public owned lands (like Bureau of Land Management lands) are all ok for housekeeping. It is a confusing mess of regulations.

The backlit fungi shot was hands down my favourite even thought I'm a sucker for a waterfall.
I was impressed with in hindsight too :)
Yeah John, that was something special wasn't it :)
Back lit mushroom shot was the highlight for me-- great video on why we must always explore new areas - well done

Lovely black and white of the loch
Gary is like the postman of photography…………he always delivers 👏👍😀. Great job Gary .
Amazing.. striking gold 👍🏽 for those who strive🔥
Love that last image!

Beautiful shots of a beautiful place. 24 more get ups till I head up for a week..... not that I'm counting
Great shots & vlog Gary & loving seeing the 'thinking' behind the pics.👍
Stunning finds, just goes to show what's out there. And if you are not out there you're not going to find it. Thought you had captured a submarine at 15.41 then I put my glasses on and it was a small island with some trees.
been to that waterfall location and the drive to it is simply stunning. lots of view points and I had the same feeling about the house.

It’s a tuff place at times. The challenge is part of the appeal I guess 😁😁☔️
G'day Gary. That first bit of gold, the waterfalls, put a real smile on my face. Thanks mate, great work.
Cheers John 👍👍
Good luck with your new house! :)
Awesome video!
Thank you!! 😊
Thanks Gary for sharing another amazing video, appreciate what you pass onto your viewers.
those images were brilliant, what an amazing place. thank you.
And all of a sudden the car was gone, like magic. Do that again, Gary:-) Great locations just by exploring. Thanks for the insights you give us.
Excellent as always and good luck with the house unfortunately we can’t subscribe to you twice.
For a minute there, with that figure in the background, I thought you were being stalked by a sasquatch.
That's Garry my pal. He's not bright enough to be a sasquatch 😁😁😁
For a moment I too thought it was a bear or something
Thx for your reply on editing fine art photography Gary, I did my own video on this to help others seeing you did not get back to me lol.
Wonderful Video, thanks for sharing
Great composition and magic of long exposures. Wish you luck with growing subscribers' number :)
Thanks a lot 😊
Brilliant find the waterfall but my fave shot was the fungi thing, it looked awesome! Great video again Gary, thank you.
Great shots and video as usual 👍
Many thanks!
Loved the view from the back of your Camera and your thought process, loved the fungi shot 🙂
Great finds and great images, love the 4 minute exposure of the tree in the lake and the groins at the end 👍
Another great vlog really interesting how you set about shooting waterfalls.
Cheers Philip 👍🏻👍🏻
Always look forward to your weekly video`s, great channel. love your waterfall shots.

Great images as usual.

Love the Fungi shot Gary. Great location and the b/w shot at the end was cracking.
Cheers Ian 👍
Always a great vid. What a great guy. My only disapointment was the upper shots. A violent waterfall should show that, but hey, it's his style. But I was going to contribute one million towards the real estate.

Absolutely beautiful images and landscape. Stunning finds also. Your work is incredible!
Cheers again Richie xx 👍
@@GaryGough No problem.
What a great vlog Gary. I loved the S-waterfall with the bridge. Stunning!
Thanks Paulus 👍👍
I thought that was Bigfoot behind you for a second :D
lol He's not brainy enough to be big foot :)
I’ve been there at the falls three times and never saw that amount of water. Great shots.
I cant help you with getting to 20 million Gary as i have already subscribed, but i will give you a hand to move in when you get it. Super film as ever.
lol It was an incredible house. I'll just have to keep doing the lottery :)
Love those groynes going lower into the LE water... draaaaamatic!!!!! Great work Gary! :)
Beautiful stuff as usual Gary, your films are always a joy to watch 👍
I loved it Gary when you said you were going to remove the white post in post production 😊 Great shots of the waterfalls, and what a find.

I would happily pay good money to stop at your new gaff
Did you get the retriever to put a stick in the frame for a bit of foreground interest 🤔😉
