Yessir Jon. Was happy to have it so I could use the Kubota on the rake. Opens up lots of ideas for things going forward if I don't want to put remotes on my L3901. Thanks for stopping by!
That rake works well next time u use it. Maybe keep the rake up a little higher u want the tines just above the ground the left side seemed to not spin as much because is was to far down. Not bad for your first time u will get better over time cheers I will try a d find the cutting video love stuff like this been a farmer for over 20yr but had to retire from the farm because out very bad back
Thanks! Will keep that in mind next time. Sickle Bar cutting: th-cam.com/video/HDmVxpDuHAM/w-d-xo.html Baling: th-cam.com/video/HdyYSy50cgE/w-d-xo.html
I’m not sure if I’d try to go completely around the trees. I’d just go past on either side. I would probably cut the hay there with a string trimmer or something like that to take care of what is close to the trees.
I pull a NH 256 with a B2601HST with absolutely no trouble. . I’m looking for a good option for a sickle bar for that tractor, any suggestions? Next cut I’m going to try the NH 273 square baler with the B2601. I have been looking at mini round balers too. Anxiously waiting for the video of your baling process.

Hey Brad! Great video! That hydraulic system is pretty neat! 👍
*Keep on tractoring!*
Yessir Jon. Was happy to have it so I could use the Kubota on the rake. Opens up lots of ideas for things going forward if I don't want to put remotes on my L3901. Thanks for stopping by!
Your perseverence and desire to learn are a great match for success. Nice going.
Nice! Looks like you had fun and the 3901 easily handled it.
Thank you. The tractor wasn't the problem...it was the guy in the seat!!
I'v baled hay for years you are doing a grate job '.
Thank you. Like anything, the first time is the hardest! The baling video had it's share of mishaps too.....stay tuned for that in a couple weeks!
Hay guys… 🤦♂️ and you call me Forest Gump…😂
Life is like a box of chocolates! Thanks for watching.

First time trying it ourselves. We learned a lot. Thanks for watching.
When will you post he video with the baler in action?
It's coming up in a couple of weeks. We have other content we have to get out ahead of it. Thanks for watching!

It's coming!! We had to stagger our content....we have a lot going on!
@@PineyGroveHomestead No pressure
Came to the comments to say the remote cord is long enough to put on the tractor ... right at the same time you "discovered" it for yourself.
A lot going on that day! Thanks for watching.
Hay guys
I bet you laughed Brock!
It looks like you need an old fashioned side delivery rack. It would work much better for you.
That makes sense, but this is borrowed equipment, so the price is right!
