This is not a fix, it does not solve the problem. You just connected the vacuum cleaner with wires to the cells. The protection electronics are still locked, the battery cannot be charged with a charger, and you can't fold the case with these wires
Hi thank you for your interesting video! Could you help me? I got a used Dyson V11 Absolute without battery. I connected the + and - inside the handle and the lcd behind the filter lights up a little bit but the dyson doesn't work...I noticed there are two more circular pins inside the handle but i don't know what they are (additional power, button, etc) i even tried to find a diagram but i didn't got anything, do you know what they are or can you tell me where i have to connect them? I'm really desperate and i don't want to spend extra money for a new battery...thank you very much!
Yeah it's a bit confusing if you don't know, what he's doing he's transferring power supply to boost the voltage from a psu unit or another type of same voltage battery to bump up the battery voltage to a voltage there where the BMS board on the battery kws nw im good to charge nw. All lithium batteries have voltage cut point which refrains or stops charging wen a battery voltage drops to a certain level.. Also has charging cycle count. Where the battery will stop charging after certain amount of charges just so confused you it's like jumpstarting a car battery
I believe I've many laptop batteries and drills etc like this for even changed batteries the new ones generally in a pack on 1 or 2 batteries are bad so u can switch them out by soldering them. Which 99.9% fixes your battery pack regardless of your electrical device

很簡單...就是直接略過保護板...電池直接串連使用
就很不安全...充電也是問題
這位仁兄 是先用機械的部分 直接啟動確定18650電池組 直接啟動馬達可不可!
然後 再測試每一個電池輸出電壓 是否正常
然後再測試 基板的壓差 逐一檢查
所以電池沒問題 機械部分也沒問題 有問題的是基板
