Anastasia is so elegant, she makes it look very easy ✨ any tips for someone with mild scoliosis? Can't exactly keep my back straight while doing the exercises 😅 Also it would be nice to get tips on pull ups!
Thank you, I’ll keep it in mind 💡 And she’ll be happy reading your comment here 😊 Activating your core by doing exercises 5:35 can make it to improve your back.
@@CirqueArtI'll try and see how it goes! I have a curved spine so the arch between my back and the floor is a bit more prominent. I tried belly dancing and it helped for a while as the basic pose tucks the pelvic bone forward, so this should be interesting!
@lady2722 Hey there, I actually was born with mild scoliosis and I got worse as I was growing up but lots of corrective exercises helped a lot. As Andrii said core exercises as shown can help quite a bit. Personally making sure I keep working on thoracic mobility also helps a lot. And doing side flexion exercises making sure you stand as tall as possible extending your spine through the exercise and not "sinking" in it. Hope this helps :) If you bug Andrii enough he might film more material with us on this ;) Take care
