UT Lack Of Sidewall Fusion Signal

This video demonstrates the Ultrasonic Testing signal when inspecting a weld with lack of sidewall fusion. Equipment: Olympus EPOCH 1000i UT tester, 60 degree, 4Mhz, 10mm diameter transducer, 0.625" in thick carbon steel plates with single V 30 degree bevel.

Hi sir, nice video!
From the upstream side this Side wall lack of fusion can be seen on the third leg.
Sometimes based on the LOF geometry or slag inclusion coupled with LOF you could possibly
see it on the 2nd leg as well from the upsteam side.
