Last month she had mild asthmatic attack with severe dry cough, since then she is having pain in throat and area toward ears also lost her voice but she can whisper since one and half month. No cough, coldand throat is clear as per ENT. They gave injections (Triamcinolone Acetonide 40mg with some combination) and she immediately got her voice back for 8-10 days. Meanwhile they prescribed 12 days steroid course. During that period around 10th day she lost her voice again and the same doctor again gave same injections but she didn't get voice back till date. My wife having allergic bronchitis since many years but manageable with inhalers. Last month she had mild asthmatic attack with severe dry cough, since then she is having pain in throat and area toward ears also lost her voice but she can whisper since one and half month. No cough, coldand throat is clear as per ENT. They gave injections (Triamcinolone Acetonide 40mg with some combination) and she immediately got her voice back for 8-10 days. Meanwhile they prescribed 12 days steroid course. During that period around 10th day she lost her voice again and the same doctor again gave same injections but she didn't get voice back till date. They were also talking about spasmodic Dysnomia.

@@DrKetanShah No conclusion all CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray of throat and skull region done. Endoscopy of throat is also clear. Seems normal, Diagnosed GERD but voice should not loss due to this.
