- I feel like Lifeweaver is a perfect backup hero for us Moira mains. He plays an almost opposite style to my aggressive Moira gameplay which is great at times when Moira just isn't working. You vastly change up your goals and provide a complete opposite form of value for your team.
Sometimes Lifeweaver is the missing piece of the puzzle.

I've been playing Moira from 8th season (I'm pretty new to OW), and I really improved a lot watching your videos!
Now I'm trying other support characters in case I cannot really play Moira, and Lifeweaver is one of them. The videos you play Illari, Liveweaver or other supports are also very helpful!
But when I'm switching to other supports, I do struggle when I have to survive.
Is there any chance that you might do a video explaining how to LW or Illari in general?

I don’t know if you’d be interested but I’ve learned a lot about survivability and how to get value off of playing Lifeweaver from ReformedRavi I believe, the ones I have watched don’t really go into depth but instead are montages of tech, but I do also hope he could make other videos on Lifeweaver and Illari :))
Im kinda new and play mostly lifeweaver and Moira
Im so happy if you say stuff like "ah man i wanted to save genji / widow thats why i died" because i get into similar positions and always thought it was only my fault
But when i tell my friends, that are a bit more experienced, they are like: "no i was fine behind the wall" Where i could not reach them unless i expose myself
And obviously they do not listen to the newbee
What are your thoughts on playing offensive on moira on low rank?
I feel like if i "Healbot" nothing dies and its just an exchange of DPS until i run out of heal
But my mates say i should main heal tank and use mostly Heal Orb
So i kinda always try to get 1 pick before "healbot" and often end up Same DMG as our tank & dps (like 7k to 5k heal)
Tbh low ranked games are such mixed bags I would just ignore healing and damage advice and just whatever do you need to to win as her. Typically all it takes is kill the mercy or kill the carry on their team. Mercy first because mercy will always know who her carry is if she's semi decent. Go for ez kills like genji and ana especially hard. They have strong abilities that you are pretty much unaffected by. Dying trying to save someone is still your fault btw but sometimes it can worth it. If you notice your team flops every time they are gone congrats you found a good teammate help them as much as you can.

what stops moira from having effect? rein? dva? ana?
Range is a big one. If I can't play close to my enemies, I will permanently be sitting there inactive. It will be a struggle to get healing resources and my grasp gets taken out of the game completely.
So if there's heroes or a map layout that makes it really difficult to get close, I may swap to lifeweaver who likes to play far away from the enemies.
"You can't kill him before he gets his cooldowns". You can actually if you've got a sombra. Especially, when the Doom is out in the open here and there, out of support sight
