It sounds cliche' but listen to Eckhart tolle, Abraham Hicks or Wayne Dyer... there are also plenty of others. Marianne Williamson wrote a course in Miracles and is running for president. It's not a joke, Willow is really trying to help her fans create better lives for themselves.
