My father's pension account was in a govt bank (Indian Bank). I have to take my mother once in 6 months to sign few documents to ensure that she is still active and in sound mind to receive my father's pension. In the govt bank, there will be lots of people to withdraw or deposit money. They don't know how to write chellan or any automated process like using ATM for cash withdrawal or deposit, getting the passbook printed from the machine etc etc . If you start writing for one person you cannot come out from there. People will completely surround you to write the chellan for withdrawal and deposits. They literally don't know anything. This is the type of customers the govt bank is handling. In private banks, account maintenance charges plus GST will be levied if you don't maintain the balance whereas SBI has zero balance for all the bank accounts opened through Yono.

They treat us very badly that lady name mythily is one of the manager of the erode branch. She treat us very badly. After that we send an email to the main branch but no respons. The banks agreement was printed ad 7 percentage of interest after the registration In the agreement the 7 percentage was changed as 15 by pen in the agreement

Exactly bro. Loan interest 11.5 % and they will detect 3.5% as processing fees. So we have to pay 15% back. They will detect the processing fee while credit the amount. So no one notice this.
I use HDFC Bank. So far it's good customer services. No question on that. I like it. I would like to stay as their customer.

HDFC is a good bank when we do more transactions ...they will upgrade us as preferred customer and no minimum balance and no AMC and no charges for all my 3 accounts..and they gave me 1st creditcard and now my credit limit is 12L + eligible for paperless instant loan of 5L ...superb bank..
