Your passion for artic Foxes is similar to mine for Otters, The excitement searching for and finding Otters especially mums with cubs is fantastic. I love your videos both educational and inspiring 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Lovely video, those Arctic foxes are so cute, it’s very sad that the foxes are hunted in such large numbers, hopefully you can change people’s attitude’s towards them with your photographs and videos 🙏
Simply marvelous! Thanks for sharing the sweet and adorable moments that you were fortunate to witness. Thanks also for keeping the location of these precious creature secret. I saw them in the Pribilofs (St Paul Island) a few years ago and these foxes are totally irresistible. Your photography and videography is as always firt class. Bravo!
Ok, its been about 4 months now. Hopefully you are warm for the winter and taking pictures, but your videos are missed. We are looking forward to seeing another video soon.
Hello, I'm a nature photographer myself and regularly follow your wonderful posts + explanations! I'm currently shooting with a Nikon Z8 and 200-500mm, but rotating the lens from 200 to 500 is getting on my nerves ..... I'm deciding to change. That's why I'm asking if the Z 400mm f/4.5 + TC is enough for you when shooting + photographing animals, or would it be better to have the Z 600mm f/6.3? Thanks for the reply. Greetings from Slovenia.
As you know it is very personal what millimeters are best for you. It depends on your photography. If you are mostly into birds, the 600 would be a good choice. We often find 600 too much, since we are also photographing animals and we sometimes use the 400 mm with the option of TC1.4, making it also a 580 mm lens. The TC2.0 is also good when used on a tripod, but then the lens is at f9. In many cases the 600 plus a TC would also be a great option. What made us go with the 400 was the fact that we like to include the environment in many of our photos and overall it is a fantastic lens. At 580 mm it is also a bird-option. If the subjects are foxes and bigger animals, the 400 would be our choice. If birds are the main subject (not animals bigger than a rabbit) - the 600 or the Z 800 f6.3 are good options. You will be happy with the quality of the 400mm f4.5 and the TC1.4. A good combo.
Cuidaros y a seguir disfrutando.
It is the stupidity of us as humanity that we see the Arctic fox as something that should disappear or die. But yes, that discussion in the Netherlands is now about the Wolf. We simply refuse to make a small adjustment, while living together with these animals does not have to be a problem. Pure unwillingness, so 19th century!!
It's always so hard, it seems, for 'city people', who see beef as a little package in the dooler, and never have a view of any animal being killed and butchered for their little plastic packa ge of protein...like wise, they have little understanding that predators, in nature, usually keep numbers of their prey in check, preventing the destruction of the vegetation by overgrazing, and keeping the prey gene pool healthy, by taking the weaker animals, or saving(hard to get this one!) an injured animal from a slow death by thirst or starvation. Sadly, it's 'trophy hunters', humans, who deplete the gene pool, by taking the biggest and healthiest of the animals. Those foxes have a place in the land.

Ég var að leita og skoða uppl. um hvernig ég ætti að setja upp myndavélina mína til að ná bestu myndum af fuglum á flugi þegar ég rakst á þetta myndband frá ykkur. Sjálfur er ég veiðimaður og fyrrum grenja……. Þetta var hrikalega skemmtilegt myndband hjá ykkur hjónunum. Takk fyrir mig 😉

Thank you. We do our best to make Icelanders aware of the pointless hunting situation.
Wonderful- amazing - beautiful. Tak for the time of yours to let us see into the world of the artic foxes
This was just wonderful to see them. The joy of watching the curious cubs. :)
Some of the best arctic fox footage I've seen. The settings are beautiful. Kudos for your ethics - knowing when to leave is crucial.
Thank you Henrik, you have a lot of beautiful footage yourself. Good work.
Excellent videography, excellent story line, and produced by two outstanding people. Thank you.
Much appreciated!
