You know what I just noticed in this scene? Back when Old Jho ran the Bar there was a Phase I Clone Trooper helmet on one of the counters, but now that the empire runs the place it's been replaced with a Stormtrooper helmet

Ordinary blending-in citizens wouldn't sarcastically talk back to Imperial pilots unless they wanted their heads chopped off.
