I’m wishing you all a Merry Christmas with an enchanting little Christmas tale from Denmark!🇩🇰🎄🎅It is "Julenat" (Christmas Night), an "atmospheric picture" by the Danish composer Otto Malling. The only thing is… we don’t know what this tale is about! But I’m gonna give you a little start - it begins rather gloomy, it seems to be a cold and harsh night out there, perhaps there is a lonely wanderer making it through snow and wind (or is it Mary and Joseph?).☃But something changes, and the mood turns warm and bright. I’m leaving it to your imagination…!✨We can hear the Danish hymn "Nu kimer det til julefest" ("The bells of Christmas chime once more"), first in a minor key, and at the end as it should be, in a major key.🔔Dream away, and as always - don’t forget to click the thumbs-up and subscribe!🌟 The piece was, by the way, published in 1905 along with eight other Christmas pieces by Danish composers, two of them are already on my channel, two of them will come within a week.
