Blessed is the Only Begotten Body of The Living God rising up from every dead nation tribe, and peoples of the earth. The Only Body cultivated in the image and likeness of God’s Only Begotten Word - Christ Jesus! His Body that even now puts on Esau to take back our name and inheritance- Israel!
So few understand the Bible. But it makes sense since so few actually seek truth. Even those who think they understand and seek God. Lies are everywhere, Christians seems to think the world is gonna tell them the truth. Sad.
How are we to understand Romans 11? Or the 360 remaining years of punishment after the Babylonian exile from Ezekiel 4, which is multiplied by 7 on the unrepentant Jews, as God warned in Leviticus 26, when only a small remnant returned to God in 536 BC, which ends in 1948? How about the jews returning to Israel as a Sovereign nation at all? Because when God closes a door, none can open it again.
Really insightful question Luke! We would say that Acts is presenting the "already-not-yet" of the kingdom's arrival. The "already" is seen in the regarthering of a significant portion of Israel to Christ (and to peace toward each other in the church) in Acts 1-9, which Jesus refers to in Acts 1:8. The "not-yet" is the final installment of the kingdom at the return of Christ as He ushers in the New Jerusalem and New Creation, which Jesus refers to in Acts 1:7 (and is completed at His return mentioned in verse 11).

38:15 so, there's no such thing as apostolic succession? I wonder how the church survived for 1800 years before the complete and total denial of church authority was made up
"the authority of the local church" 22:01. if Christ were reigning at the local or individual level then all churches and all people should believe in the same things. if that were true there would be only one Christian church in all the world and for 1100 years that was true. then there was about a dozen. now, within the last 500 years the number denominations has ballooned way out of proportion. so tell me, what church is the true church? southern Baptist, oneness Pentecostals, the eastern orthodox, the Anglican or the Catholic Church? and how do you know which one is true? because all those vary wildly in belief systems. the holy spirit only proceeds from the Father, Mary wasn't the mother of God and Jesus only has one nature, Baptism is a sign only, and the true body, blood, soul and divinity of Christ in the eucharist. those are huge differences that deal with sanctification and the nature of God. I mean I know which is the true church, but how do protestants convince themselves they've chosen the one correct church out thousands of denominations?
