Do you know how to perform alignment in arcgis? What if all I have is a pdf or an image as basemap. I need to align it to a point with certain location.
Boss, I'm not sure this works, because AautoCad understand national grid only, so unless those coordinates are converted else the map won't be properly georeferenced. I stand to be corrected tho.
it's not survey grade it's as close as his click on the mouse when he clicks the image of the point instead of an actual hard point with coordinates embedded in the image probably good within 30 feet We probably should also consider scale since the slight curvature in the Earth It would be great to get the coordinates of the corner points of the image then it would be something to use

well explained but when area is greater in size then clear image doesn't obtained.
