I Cry, This is my Favorite Place My grandfather died in San Francisco, he lives there is my grandmother but he lives with his brother but hey, that's life
Your Mall looks almost identical to the Mall situation here in the PNW, and what I've seen in SoCal too... Some Anchor stores like Target, B&N, Macy's might be living, as well as Panda Express, McD, Food Courts.. but 2/3 of them are Dead or Empty Stores. Its really interesting that the same stores, Economically-wise have closed/are closing and which ones are surviving. Oh, and yeah we also have those weird Toy/Vending, Grab Machines, Arcade Children Cars, Massage Chairs... still in the Mall.. with the eerie Vapor music. I blame the #American Govt/#TheFederalReserve for creating and destroying the American Middle Class... which Malls in the Hay-day, were a sign of American's Prosperity and Freedom of Commerce. #GenX Thanks for posting this. #AmericaIsDying #MiddleClass #Elites #Establishment
HAHAHAHA.....Tanforan has always been a shit mall even back in the 70s and 80s when I was growing up. Back in the day it was always filled with cholos but now I'm guessing Asians as I have not been in CA for at least 6 years. I lived there before it was built, and just an empty field.
Me and my ex back in’09 & 2010 always there, memories. Target cinema food court.
Its even worse today. I was in shock. They're is no one there anymore.
Man i haven't been here in months i grew in in this mall and its where I had my first job too that was a year ago now i moved

There was never a Macy's there, you're likely looking at the JCPenney or the Sears that used to be there
Ah I remember now. Thanks for the reminder.
It’s probably the JCPenney, as the seers is now Hyundai/genisis
@@uwucaffeineaddiction4023I'm a year late, but JC Penney is still around (I work there)
It was Sears
Definitely feels like a zombie apocalypse mall.
Its been such a long time since I had been to this mall like 5-6 years ago, it used to be so crowded. Sadly its set to be demolished soon iirc.
B&N and Target are the only good places left. Other than that it's a hangout for homeless.
Spent my childhood coming here, sad to see

You missed the arcade. They had an arcade on the other side of the mall.
It closed a few months ago.
Malls died with internet
Not in relevant cities
