I travelled to Seoul almost exactly 14 years ago I arrived at night so I did not see much of the bridge but I travelled home during the late afternoon and I could see it then. I am sure there was some of it being built but I am almost certain I travelled over some of this bridge. Perhaps it was opened up in stages as they were completed? I remember thinking it was an amazing feat of engineering and how impressed I was with the size of the bridge, and I hoped I would get to see it when it was finished. Unfortunately I have not been back to Seoul since, but I would love to return sometime. Kum Saa Hamidya (not sure if the spelling is correct).
