looking good Michael; curious why you wouldn't use a chain for the torque transfer? Even the multiV belts have way more friction I think than a chain would have especially when you have to run them tight for power transfer so they don't slip.
A chain would be good, but I could easily locate and purchase a pulley for the generator from an auto parts place, and it wasn't very hard to cut a pulley into the hub. 🙂
