Its actually true. You can get a pilots license at 13. You still cant fly passenger-ish planes or cargo planes. Only the small propeller ones. Im actually 14 and going to flight school next year

@@aubtinthepro well it’s not hard since I’m legally allowed to join flight school. Find the nearest flight school in your area and if you’re really interested (you want to invest time and money to become a pilot) discuss with the flight school front desk people how to join, and apply- you need your passport and other documents that will be needed. Then there’s a chance you’ll be put on a waiting list, and then you can schedule a flight lesson with an instructor, buy a pilot logbook, and there you go.

When did you start getting to perform landings and takeoffs? I’m a student pilot too and just started lessons but can only fly when in the air. I’m trying to get the full experience and get as much practice as I possibly can with all of the necessaries.
My third flight lesson I did everything including pre flights by myself, I came in with expirience so

You can’t solo at 13 but you can start taking lessons, I fly at Tampa north Aeropark flight school

@@AeroLensX not all flight schools do this. And I take flight lessons sometimes every 2 weeks or so depends. I am planning to become an airline pilot for emirates so you can take lots of steps after

So I’m 14 (and an aviation lover) I’ve had my discovery flight in a 172 and I use Microsoft Flight simulator often. So if I wanted to, I could go book a lesson with an instructor and start building hours now? I’ve tried looking this up before but google can’t always give the answer you’re looking for.

Well you gotta go to the nearest flight school in your area and then ask someone at the front desk from there and they will help you out, it shouldn’t be hard at all

Bro wtf you can fly a plane but not drive? They got to lower the driving age I swear-
I think you have a great future but I'm going to play the devil's advocate, you are doing a couple of mistakes. First one when you check the ailerons and the elevators, you are doing it the wrong way, you need to do it in same time, turn left and pull then turn right and push back. With your way you have no clue if the control will do a turn and a climb in the same time. Second, always keep a hand on the throttle, except if you need to take care of the flaps, radio, etc..
