I love that you chose to frame this so the light through the blinds advances down the desk as you go. I assume you chose it to represent the sun rising on the campaign. Thats next level stuff! ;)
Thanks so much for this, all my stuff is on a boat trying to meet me in Portugal, where we just about a month ago moved into our new home. Your content helps keep me in gaming even though I am not able to do much.
I really enjoyed this whole series, thanks so much for sharing! The info on the game itself was hugely helpful, and hearing about how you organize and document everything was also very valuable. And of course, watching an entire playthrough (including setup) is incredibly informative. Great content! Would love to see more, if you are so inclined. Thanks!
So happy I found your channel! I was looking for a tutorial/more info on 4AD having just embarked on that adventure. Am excited to follow the 4AD videos as well as checking out other stuff you cover. I used the love choose your own adventure books as a kid. I have also signed up for your Patreon 😀
It's great to see you back making videos Livi. Your pnp comp coverage really got me into PnP games. I've been curious about 4AD and it's like for a long time and just as you said in the intro I had no idea where to start! I think your videos will finally give me the push to dive in. :-D
This is excellent! Really looking forward to the rest of the series. I've been using the player sheets from a PDF download off of BGG, but your compact ones look much more useful - you can keep adventurers separate to mix and match among adventures!
They are by far my favorite way to do character sheets. Before I made my custom printable ones, I just wrote everything down individually on index cards. I like being able to reconfigure my party whenever I want, and I also can use the cards in a 2 by 2 grid to track marching order. I keep a "graveyard" of my fallen heroes in a stack, which is really fun to look back on sometimes. I've never tried this, but I bet you could also laminate some and use a very fine point wet erase marker to make reusable ones too.
I just find your channel. Have you ever looked at Cairn 1st or 2e. Happy to have found your channel seems like people in they first get going more detailed or excited about projects. I see you have some that are two years old, but I’ve been playing since the 80s that deal new to me.
Thank you for making a useful and informative guide! I tried another one but the guy needed to switch to decaf and blathered on for at least half the video before even opening the book (I don't know when he eventually did, if ever, because I tuned out after 5 minutes and went looking for something better).
I understand completely how hard it is to find a perfect dice tower- so much so that I made this one myself. The plastic parts were 3D printed from a file available on thingiverse, and I glued felt to all the internal surfaces.
Hi, are you gonna continue with the serie? It took my attention, it looks like this game is awesome. Thanks for this tutorial and keep the good work. (México)
Omg just played my first game of this and it went badly. 1st room -Chaos Lord (boss) 2nd room - nothing 3rd room - small Dragon (boss) lost 1 character and major wounds to everyone else 4th room - dart trap 5th room - ogre (boss) Retreated to fight another day.
I don’t mind the lighting the audio quality is excellent. Excellent video
Yes, so happy you are covering 4AD. So glad to have you back. I wish I could thumb this up twice. 😁
I am so happy to be back too!
Great step by step for a beginner like me: thanks!!
I discovered your channel last week and I'm very happy of finding this new video today. Greetings from Bogota, Colombia.
Great work! I"m looking forward to the next installment. Greetings from the Netherlands.
Thanks for doing this series. You have helped me get organized and efficient in 4AD. I hope you are well. Be blessed!

Just found your channel while being on a new 4AD kick. Been enjoying what I seen so far and will start working through the vids in my spare time.
Starting my first game/campaign tonight. Thanks for your helpful videos!!
I have liked and subscribed. I am enjoying your shows and creativity. The journal and guild ideas are inspiring. Thank you.

I like the way you did this. Excited to see if they survive in this next vid 😆

Glad to see you back! Looking forward to the rest of the series.
Great videos for people just getting started.
Awesome vid. Just ordered some 4AD books. Where did you get that nice A5 ring binder journal? Care to share a link? Inspired to have one myself.
My fiancé just bought me the core tule book, I am excited to start this series 😊

Great video! Though a small note, a level 1 cleric would have an attack of +0 since you round the bonus down.
I really enjoy watching your videos.
Thank you!

Awesome! Can’t wait for the next one!
Looking forward to the next video and the adventure
Great, been looking forward to this.
“We haven’t smashed any dragons yet but I hope that we will.” 😂 Poor dragons!
Livi come back! Just discovered 4AD and you're channel.
Dude same
I'd love to know where I can buy that dice tower. I've been trying to find a sturdy dice tower that is also quiet and that looks perfect!
I understand completely how hard it is to find a perfect dice tower- so much so that I made this one myself. The plastic parts were 3D printed from a file available on thingiverse, and I glued felt to all the internal surfaces.
What writing utensil is being used in this video?
I have just discovered 4AD and your videos 🙂 thanks for your work and all your tips. What is your dice tower ? Thanks
I would love to have these pages. Where and how do I get them?
I think the guild should be renamed to “Kormack’s Harem” after those rolls!
@16:04 +1 attack? I thought 1/2 level rounded down. Half of 1 is .5 rounded down is 0.
great! thanks 👍please you-not need to apologize for anything...

are you using an A5 notebook here?
Yesssss
Never played this game. Make me want.
🤣🎲 female team! The mâle is barbare! 😂
I feel like maybe Kormack was so awful, the guild instituted a No Men policy after he joined
Omg just played my first game of this and it went badly.
1st room -Chaos Lord (boss)
2nd room - nothing
3rd room - small Dragon (boss)
lost 1 character and major wounds to everyone else
4th room - dart trap
5th room - ogre (boss)
Retreated to fight another day.
Woah, that is some amazingly bad luck!
all that money thrown to equipment of free to use youtube videos. Commercially that makes zero sense. Is this idealism?
