    Love this system.
    I find i'm great at creating plans and strategizing.. But it's almost like my brains way of using it as a cope to procrastinate. I find myself spending hours "optimizing" the PERFECT plan, but fail to execute. I'm hyper aware of this as well, it's just a matter of DOING it. And then when I finally begin the task, i get distracted and begin a million other tasks thinking i'm optimally using my time but always end up where i started: Insignificant progress, amongst multiple tasks.
    And then it becomes overwhelming because i've "half" started a million things and my house (brain) is now a mess.
    That all being said, I feel silly asking this question lol but do you have any insight/tips on executing on a timely manner and staying focused on that one task? I no longer want to medicate (adhd) so a holistic answer is preferred :)
