uv light is actually bad for any scorpion. probably should get ir for viewing

A disclaimer was included in the video. Long term exposure and over doing it can have negative effects and is not recommended. He is under uv for a couple seconds every once in while for educational purposes when we teach children about bioluminescence, and he has the freedom and ability to hide if he chooses. His exposure is severely minimal

I dont like anyone kaging anyone or anything else. We understand so little of insetcs or animals yet was are so fast to cage them or put them on a leash and call them "pets" grrrrr

Here we support ownership of captive bred animals if done correctly. Captive born and bred animals (like this scorpion) are not taken from the wild, they don’t know what the wild is, but also odds are they would not survive if put into the wild because they requires survival skill sets they do not need to develop in captivity.
