Well, in terms of guitars, BABYMETAL have indisputable better guitar tracks, and better guitarists ^^ I don't know if you play, or just enjoy guitars, but I recommend to check the guitarists behind BABYMETAL, and behind LADYBABY too. Babymetal guitarists are: LEDA Takayoshi Ohmura Mikio Fujioka Both have Solid well succeded carreers and are some of the best guitarists on Japan, In my case, I follow LEDA and Ohmura since before Babymetal debut ^^ Ladybaby guitarist (at least in recordings) is called ROLLY, and he's pretty good too! He is better known by his performances and crazy looks. I like him too, and recommend to check out, but don't excpets metal, he is more influenced by classic rock ... and japanese old school music (?), I think. So, in techinic and richness on arrangements, BABYMETAL wins, but I seriously recommend to check out all the guitarists I mentioned. ^^ See ya
thank you for the reply i love guitars and am very interested but i know nothing about them, to me the solo's with babymetal and ladybaby sound the same but again my ear is untrained so my guess they sound totally different to other people, thank you so much for telling me who everyone is i am getting more into japanese music and will check them all out

Thats other point to remember, BABYMETAL is way superior in the guitar arrengements and execution, but LADYBABY is way more rich in synth and keyboards ^^ Thats about the style of both groups, babymetal have more appeal for the metal fans, and ladybaby for the japanese pop fans. I like both ^^ Feel free to send me personal messages about music, japanese music is too different of worldwide, and the musicians are really skilled, specially in metal, so thats a lot of nice musicians and bands for discover
