I swear, the dark marble bathroom is just absolutely wonderful. Then night entry is so refined and finally the pool area is very sober. One day I hope I would be able to buy that kind of house and just living alone and walk through this property after work. I think that a house is like a music or a paint art, it should make you feel something

It honestly depends. Would be great to spend October to march in Dubai. March till May in Bali and then Europe for the Summer

Yes there is a garage for 2 cars which we couldn't film at the time because it was full of construction material.

Dubai market has been hot recently. There could be similar properties available but the price is probably much higher than in 2022
What's the current market price for something similar in 2024?
We filmed this 2 years ago and Dubai property market went up a lot since then. Price could be at least 50% more than in early 2022.
What about car garage? 🤔
