It has to do with the circadian rhythm; your body’s clock. If you’re used to staying up late, and don’t like waking up early in the morning, then your brain is already adjusted to flow better at night. Plus, there’s no distractions, no thoughts of having to run errands or do chores at night. So the mind is usually more relaxed. The body also relaxes at night too, so it gives the brain room to do its thing. When you do things at night time, your brain retains that information a lot better too. So after some time your brain gets into the habit of practicing and being productive at night. A lot of creative ppl, don’t like going to bed at night 😂 there’s studies that also prove that we got a different type of chemistry in our brains too. That’s why we’re referred to as “Night Owls”
