Usually one of the dirtier parts of the house is the area under the sink due to p-traps, grease traps etc. Rice might be nice near the pancake mix or where you keep the rice cooker din :) its nice din na you keep your walls bare. There is very little floor space left - instead of a coffee table you might look into installing a foldable table on the wall. A small ledge can hold most things you normally set on the coffee table, but it can be folded up if you want eat there - maybe with others. Can be that there's simply not enough space though 🤗

Hello po, di ko po na log lahat ng gastos but 146k po yung custom storage cabinets (kitchen cabinets, dining area, closet, storage cabinets sa cr). Di po ako kumuha ng interior designer. Naghanap lang ako sa FB ng cabinet maker. If i include po yung mga ready made furnitures (bed, sofa, etc) and appliances, mga 300k+ po lahat lahat na :-)

Hello Sir, nasa 900-1200 yung electric bill ko po. Depende sa gamit sa aircon. Usually 4-5hrs a day lang yung ac usage.
