With all the badness and real problems thats in the world today you have a hobby that puts smiles on people faces and can melt the days stresses away.. I really dont see how it can even be legal that if you have enough money you can destroy it...
For the record. I know of a person killed by model aviation. It happened on a popular hang gliding site in southern England in the late 1980s. A high perfomance RC model sailplane glider performed a loop and flew into the side rigging of a hang glider and caused the death of a person named Ron Steadman. Further, some might say marijuanna killed Bob Marley by preventing him from seeking proper medical care for skin cancer.

If only electric motors were practical in 1960's I would have continued with power models. The mess and constant restarts after filling caused me to go all RC gliders. Also wonder when the modern all Electric RC planes will lead to real aircraft adopting Electric Motors, must wait for better bateries though.

I have put off buying a Binary, since i thought my skill with planes isnt good enough yet for it to survive me, but seeing the abuse it takes in this video, i may have to reconsider buying it :)
Bruce , in the comments to an earlier video , I asked you if the magpies you were harassing were native NZers or imported Aussie birds (ferals) . No answer that time ,so same question with regard to the bird featured in the thirteenth minute of this one, is it native or feral ?
It's an introduced species that is now considered a pest and a threat to some native species. Of course at an airfield, *all* birds are considered unwelcome -- for obvious reasons.
