Bill definitely needs to put out a how to video, or even a series. Specially for us northern hemisphere “just heading into crash season” flyers.

Great repair. I've found that 'steaming' the foam pops it back into shape then some foam friendly glue (Bob Smith Industries Super-Gold+ Medium 5-20 secs) works a treat... piece at a time - you just need all the pieces and I've not needed filler if I have them.

Glad you guys are still getting warm weather for flying.. We are due for about 30 Deg C for the end of the week.
Bill did an excellent job on that EDF Puzzle... BTW... I find the Red EDF before the crash sounds like a fuel powered RC jet. Love the Blues and the Autumn trees..

Yeah, Bruce, we also had a very pleasant weekend here in Havelock North, Hawke's Bay, with great flying weather once the fog lifted. We are a small gathering that fly 2 & 4 stroke glow/nitro engine planes as well as electric motor foam/balsa/depron jobs. I am planning to visit your flying site and your flying buddies a little later this year and join in the fun with a few of my models for you to take the mickey out of, or admire!

Bruce...When the flying finally grinds to a halt, and the material for videos gets scarce, I would love a tutorial on your video editing process.
I know there are plenty of video tutorials out there, but I think your way of explaining things would suit us better.

Great and somewhat expensive video for the pilots!
And quite often mice and rat bait from retail stores is classed as "rodent food" because the poison used is usually out of date by the time someone buys it. Better to get some fresh stuff from a pest control company. Also rat bait is different to mice bait. Rats love mice bait because they don't need to chew 😁

A small, hand held, steam machine, does wonders for fixing dented, misshapen foam. Or, a hot, damp face cloth over the dented area for a minute or two will also pop the dent.

Hi Bruce i'm looking for information about torqu roll and hand launch. Nearly every pilot will face the nasty side of a roling plane or wing and near catch (or not) just above ground level. The is not a lot of information on youtube about this, so i thought: lets ask the old wise man. (with his whiteboard)

Any human sweat on a plastic power plug or bottle or material, seems to attract rats to that spot. They must like the salty taste. The warmer weather means more cockroach's so more food for the mice and rats. I think we are in for more rodents this winter. (If we get a winter)
