Titan 3 and Micro UV DLP Ultra High Resolution Printers

Titan 3 inherits all features of Titan 1&2 but comes with a lot more resolution, power and user friendliness. It has a motorized cover, automated resolution switching and an UVA DLP light engine. There are 5 default resolutions ranging from 25 to 100 µm. Micro focuses on microchannels, microneedles or micromachining applications. Micro-15 has the highest 15 µm resolution among all commercial 3D printers. At 25 µm, Micro-25 has the same performance as Titan 3. Titan 3 is also equipped with our patent pending vacuum breaking technology (VBT) to increase the speed and reliability of layer separation.

I have several DLP printers including a Titan 2 and always keep an eye on Titan 3. This printer adapts many of my suggestions. The performance seems to be much better. The resolution tuning range expands. The printer is fully automatic. The light engine seems to be the same or a similar one used in Envisiontec printer. May get a Titan 3 in the future when there is a need for super high resolution.
