Grew up in Morley - nothing on this list surprised me. I watched Morley become crappier and crappier over the years, I think it's because original home owners passed away/moved on and homes became rentals.
This was interesting to watch. What would be good, would be for you to cover the vandalism and stealing going on around newly built houses in Perth construction. So many areas i've seen windows put through within Kwinana Village. Newly built houses being broken into and items stolen. It's really sad to witness
Total population of a suburb per Total crimes theft.. as some suburbs Have a huge population and some Have small population.. Thats what counts..to get an accruate figure..
Apart from the city which is expected anywhere and Morley the majority seems to be the southern suburbs. The casino is also in the south and Peppermint Grove is north of the river , just an observation.
Peppermint grove might be on the northern bank of the river but it's still down the Fremantle southern zone.if I stand in the city I have to face south west towards peppy Grove.north Fremantle is north of the river by that logic
@chuckmaddison2924 North of the River folk like to include it in their "side" because of the wealth lol ...nor to me is Warwick, Sorrento, Joondalup. There's nothing nor about any of those suburbs other than which side of the river they are on ..stand in the cbd and they are south, not North
@ACDZ123 Officially, it's the " Western suburbs " But how about this in the US, North Carolina, is actually the south, not North . Figure that one out. I went south on Tuesday ( Bateman) I don't like no farms.
There is a critical shortage of Police for a number of reasons. Chain stores that allow thieves to walk free piss me off. It has become widespread. A friends son is an OIC of a suburban police station and they tell me 70% of their time is spent babysitting people with mental illness as their duty of care does not allow them to leave them at a hospital, they must wait with them until a professional can attend them.
You're correct with the misuse of police time. The government needs to hire more mental health professionals to free up police time so they can concentrate on doing their actual job.
Coincides with rampant meth use in these overrepresented areas. What are we becoming?Like the worst ghettos in the US.The Police are undermanned. The laws are too lenient.Who the hell would want to be a retailer, watching your stock being wheeled out the front door, risking retribution and prosecution if you try to stop them.
Exactly right. Retailers don't have any rights anymore. The police will only act if it is for a large amount of money and the courts just let everyone walk out without any consequences. We need an overhaul of the justice system where the victims come first.
It would be useful to have separate statistics for both residential theft and that for shopping centres/ businesses. Per capita stats would also be good given the very different size of some suburbs.
Living. 8 kms from city. Secured premises, however, insurance premiums through the roof. When complaints were made, consultant stated high crime rate. This is disadvantageous to all adults in the communities, so very sad for all concerned.
Gosnells...go on pop in & do a video-plenty of locals will give you a chat-try floating around the Coles or IGA or Markets-always free entertainment from visitors. Would be interesting what stats you find. Good videos anyway👍
We know a few people that live there and they love it. They must be in a nicer part of the suburb. The prices are going up fast and it definitely has good potential for an investment.

the list start at 3:17
Thanks mate
Wonder what they all have in common?

Unfortunately that is the way a lot of the older suburbs are going.
Trying to sell and buy in Sydney , hard to get into the suburb i want , most of the houses are owned buy land lords renting them out
It's a shame that there aren't more houses being built to accommodate the growing population which would ease the housing problem.
Ah, the custodians of crime, every time
Recorded audio is only audible on left channel. Maybe someone stole the right channel ⛽
Good on you for showing maps as spoken of.
😂

We've also seen a lot of vandalism of newly built houses. We'll see what information we can get so we can do a video on it.
It is sad but interesting that most of them are in south of CBD .always south thanks for another helpful video.
Yes - we noticed that as well. Glad you found the video helpful.

It's not always residents of the suburb that are involved in the criminal activity.
Apart from the city which is expected anywhere and Morley the majority seems to be the southern suburbs. The casino is also in the south and Peppermint Grove is north of the river , just an observation.
Most of the suburbs mentioned were located south.
Peppermint grove might be on the northern bank of the river but it's still down the Fremantle southern zone.if I stand in the city I have to face south west towards peppy Grove.north Fremantle is north of the river by that logic
@ACDZ123 You could say the same about Dalkeith or even Nedlands. The company I was the river is the divide.

Watching and hoping it’s not mine suburb
😂
live in Northam and it’s like Armidale but on meth

Thanks but we can only go on the statistics from the WA police. We'll see if they break it down to that level.
Living. 8 kms from city. Secured premises, however, insurance premiums through the roof. When complaints were made, consultant stated high crime rate. This is disadvantageous to all adults in the communities, so very sad for all concerned.
Yes - unfortunately the insurance companies will always use statistics to increase the premiums.

We have already done a video on Gosnells and didn't see anything unusual. Check out our video 🙂
lmao i lived in midland for like 20 years without anything bad ever happening to me
We think Midland is an okay suburb but the statistics keep coming out showing that it does have high crime.
You a traditional custodian then aye
Maybe you had nothing worth nicking
Waited for Kwinana to be on the list, but it didn't get mentioned 😂
is it bad there
Great content love to see this sort of information!
Glad we were of help to you 😎
I spent the entire video repeatedly saying "Not mine" in my head hoping my suberb wasn't on the list
Hopefully it wasn't 🙂
@vloggersontheloose Thankfully not but there's still a high level of theft in my area
Unfortunately crime is everywhere.
You’re the first person I’ve heard saying Midland is a good area 😂
We know a few people that live there and they love it. They must be in a nicer part of the suburb. The prices are going up fast and it definitely has good potential for an investment.
i love shop THEFT
