yeah, I've bought and not bought many figures because of his reviews, and I don't buy 3rd party figures because of a couple different reasons but I still really enjoy those videos and even rewatch them pretty often, but still I'm going to watch literally anything perspective end makes so
I loved Nautica in the IDW comics so I'm definitely picking her up! Its sad that she's just a Blurr retool though.

I have to stick to a Scheadule for TH-cam to not punish me. By sticking to one, it means that my viewers know when to come looking for my episodes, which helps the algorithm promote my stuff.

I recently rewatched the G1 cartoon, and while I was watching it I realized just how drastically Bombshell’s headpiece Masshifts to become his bug nose. I was kind of hoping they might have the robot mode headpiece be a faux part, then the real nose for the bug mode could flip out from inside the torso. I’m so disappointed 😔
It's called a faux part, but I get your point. I was also not expecting Kickback to be the best out of the 3, but here we are.

Trashmaster’s combiner mode is giving me strong Revenge of the fallen Devastator vibes and I think redoing that more animalistic design on a Junkion combiner (basically the transformer Florida) works because of how chaotic the Junkion are

As a core completionist, the 2 pack is worth it in my eyes. At first i didnt want to have to buy prime and especially bee again (after i had to use ebay to get it) but after looking at it more, theyre nit only painted better then both the originals and the accessories really bring things togethor. I saw someone break down how much everything likely costs separately, and it closely evens out to the given price

I hadn't heard anything about Nautica being leaked, and tbh that just looks like a heavy digital "repaint" of the Titans Return release of the figure in proper IDW colors. The big head with the block behind it is a dead giveaway.
It's got the Arms off of Devcon for sure, and the legs look more like the 86 figure.
@@PerspectiveEnd It's a fake leak. Someone photoshopped a digibash by TransmetalTK to look like a grainy leaked photo. Their digibash used Devcon as the basis and an edit of the TR head and wings.
Man, I feel bad for the fembots (except Strongarm) because Hasbro just did them a bit dirty by making them a repaint, retool or just a sheel-former instead of given them respect.
And I do like almost (if you remove Strongarm) all of them for actually having character and pretty much being awesome.
I do hope 3rd Party make some of them in the future since they do deserve having a good figure.
As for the rest; might get the junkions just to have them combined, Dreadwing (and maybe to adjust/customize) to be with his twin and Primal to custom paint him to look like the abeast Wars character he deserve to be.
Nautica, and Shadowstriker deserve good figures.

I feel like after a decent amount of waves from legacy and somewhat of the wfc trilogy now it kinda died down with either quality or to be point blank the designers seem burnt out

Especially since we are probably getting another rerelease of ER prime next year. Hopefully it at least has the Volvo g1 head😂

Well I mean Legacy did have its peak mostly with last year’s waves but doesn’t mean that Evolution was a burdened out line, wave 4 is pretty much the ‘dip’ wave out of the bunch. I feel like the hype will rise again with the Unity wave 1 figures.
I genuinely hate Bludgeon's clown shoes. Strongarm looks like a abomination even though I really love the Elita-1 mode, so I'm genuinely surprised that they managed to fuck her up, Nautica being a Blurr retool was inevitable, and I hate that mold to begin with, and that Junkasaurus is quite literally the most metal thing I've seen in a good while, so I'm absolutely going to be collecting more of the Junkion Weaponisers
Yeah I don't think the Elita 1 is bad, but the Strong Arm is a travesty.

Your Antagony rant conveyed exactly how I felt on the extra head piece. Also in combined mode Snarl makes it look like Volcanicus has a bloodied foot.
the first time that bludgeon gets a new figure since 2009 that isn't a gimmick pretender or 4+ toy, and it's a cheap repaint....
86 dying ironhide and prowl pack is a must have for me. Ironhide has no clear plastic anymore with more details like the yellow stripes, painted car back window, and damaged chest with holes in it which is really cool. Not so much about prowl, the peg on his chest would be better replaced with hole like ironhide. But i'm biased to cartoon colour scheme, so he's fine to me. Can't wait to see them do the same to Brawn and Ratchet.

The initial idea was that Detritus was actually meant to be officially revealed by Hasbro before Hound was, whoever leaked him last year did it too early.

You are welcome, and yes there is little here to get excited for.
The reason people are excited for Space Optimus, including myself, is because the alt mode is an actual concept design for a moon rover, and I'm a space nerd. It's like those crossover figures like Gigawatt and Ectotron, it's not about whether it's a good figure, it's the novelty of having a transforming version of a specific vehicle. I personally would've liked it to be an original character, but it's also crowdfunded, so slapping the boss mans likeness on it was probably the only way to raise the funds.
Is it like a concept for an actual one, or a concept like "This is what one could look like, if we lived in a fantasy world where vehicles are based on a specific dudes idea of what style should be."
Cause it doesn't look all that practical. An enclosed cab rover adds a lot of size and weight for something that needs to be hauled up to space.

Your music has become synonymous with “the hunt” for Transformers for me. I have bought some after you reviewed them, watched videos for ones I had already, and rewatch some, like the Siege Prime and Bumblebee Prime. I often had your videos playing in the background while driving around. I just wanted you to know there is a direct link in my brain from your background music to the joy of collecting Transformers, and I think that’s pretty cool 😊.

The Titans Return is very fun, I don't know that I'd say there is a definitive Chug Megatron yet, so if you are just looking for something fun and Interesting. I suggest the TR one.

OOF, Bombshell had me hooked when it was announced, but getting a better look at the figure up close, I gotta say it looks ROUGH; especially on that alt-mode. Not so hooked anymore... good thing Trashmaster and Dreadwing still look cool.
(Side-note: I have Shrapnel on pre-order from BBTS, so I have yet to get my hands on it, but I just hope it isn't as "deeply flawed" as you say so the Insecticons can bat at least 2 out of 3.)

Best Combiner, it's the Scrapyard Trex nostalgia on TV when i was young and saw it eat all the other cars that's making me think that this is the best Weaponizer/parts guys.

I loved the fact they're using tarn's body for bludgeon, but using the twin cannon as a backpack instead of a gun, definetly picking up bludgeon

Before I give my thoughts, I wanna say thanks again for cheering me up with this vid. I was having a really rough morning on Twitter, and this made me feel way better.
Ok, now for my thoughts on Legacy wave 7 and stuff. I’ll try my best to keep it short.
- Nautica: ok how the heck did you get that pic of her? I haven’t seen any of the forums talking about it. I’m hoping it’s legit, cause I could really use a figure of her.
- Shadow Striker: I have no affinity for her as a character, so merely design-wise, she doesn’t look too bad. I’d get her to go with my SG Flamewar (cause I think they were a thing in IDW2, but I could be mistaken).
- Strongarm: Rather than list the MANY flaws of this figure, I’m just gonna give my simple headcanon for why she’s so unlikable…
She got it all from the worst(coughs) PROWL (coughs).
- Bludgeon, Bombshell, Detritus, and Dreadwing all look how I expected them too. Definite pickups, but not perfect.
- Trashmaster: Looks pretty good, and that combined mode is just amazing. Definite pickup to go with the other Junkions.
- Core Starter Pack: I’m mostly wanting it for the trailer and accessories, cause I already have the Core Prime(great figure btw), and Shittlebee is, well, Shittlebee.
- And the Legions Collide multipack I mostly want for the Liege Maximo soldier. I already have both Allicons, nearly every seeker, and enough Autobots that I don’t need Autotroopers. That Liege Maximo soldier, though, looks AWESOME.
The rest I don’t care about, but I wish everyone who does care the best of luck in obtaining them.

My main problem with Shadow Striker isn't that she's a shellformer, but the fact that the back of the car is intentional partsforming.

So a lil small fact: the dilophosaurus bot is basically a dracodon/vertebreak mold. By that I mean it has the same transformation but with more stuff to change
I mean if that's true, it's just cause those are going to be like Iguanus.

I won't lie, I can't even FIND a tarn in my area, and my kon shelf is mostly purple and black right now so, Bludgeon is probably gonna wind up being my first run with the mould to join my band of psychopaths on my desk
So all I see is Bomeshell Snarl and Trashmaster. And uh don't worry as some one who dabbled in some editing I can see the work you put into the normal videos you make including the non transformers ones.

I weirdly want that Trooper pack just for The Autotrooper. It'll be my first experience with the Siege Ironhide mold, and Slammer is an Autotrooper in the same vein as Shadelock from RID 2015, as in he upgraded himself and got a name.
I can see why, the Autotroopers mean a lot to some people, me though, they are kind of nothing to.
The combined mode is so good it makes me regret skipping most of the junkions. Exactly what I wanted for a tf design
I mean there are only 2 of them out so far, so it's a pretty easy thing to correct having skipped.

What's funny is if you read the Book, Nedry isn't a bad guy. He still caused everything, but he does what he does, because Hammond is basically blackmailing him into working for free.
Basically Hammond lied to Nedry about the Specifications of the computers he'd be working on, and when Nedry's code didn't work because it wasn't meant for those computers, Hammond sued him into working till it was fixed even though that meant starting over with a computer system he was never actually contracted to work with, for free.
Which is actually the reason the park fails, because Hammond is trying to run it on Nedry's unfinished code before it's ready.
