You need to be careful while eating to eat neatly & elegantly & also filter your conversation to make sure you don't say anything inappropriate for TV or private things.. So yeah, i can only imagine how uncomfortable it is for the celebs..
It's like when you're constantly being filmed, you'll just get used to it.
You have to be careful and you have to show the better side of yourself always, watch what you say, follow the script and make it entertaining , they must be tired.
