I have doubt:
1. At formation of Private Trust, Trustees have been appointed by Settler. After Trustees die, how will new trustee be appointed? Who can appoint the Trustee if Settler is alive and after Settler dies.
2. After death of beneficiary, who will benefited in non-discretionary Trust? Eg. I make my parents and Son as beneficiaries. In case of death of anyone, the heirs of the dead person will become beneficiary?
