MUGEN - Pikachu vs. Arbok

Ash's Pikachu vs. Jessie's Arbok, apparently.
Since I'm doing Pokemon characters here, I ended up getting custom mugens that are aimed towards Pokemon only instead of downloading characters and using random pokemon themed stages and I'd say this one's decent.
anyway, happy St. Patrick's Day, I guess. I seem to always post on the weirdest days XD
