I set my reading goal for 2022 at 11:30pm on New Year’s Eve. When I finished my last book (96) for the year I set it to that number then marked it read. :) It worked perfectly. I’m doing the same thing this year.
I lowered my goal one minute before midnight. 🤣 2022 was just not a good reading year and I don't want to punish myself! I still read a few books so mission reading accomplished right?

Kevin writing a book? Incredible. I love it. I’ve been writing a book for like 3 years now and I’ve been so stuck, I realised that I had no clue what the plot was and what happens in the story because when I started writing it I was very young and didn’t know anything about writing at all, so now I have to redo everything except I have no clue how to do that.
Omg that does sound very overwhelming, honestly could just try from scratch again with the ideas you had and know were working and just integrate the plot points you now have

The reading goal, amazing and the your reaction to the motorbike because you thought it was a bee, is about as close as I would get to hearing that noise. (Bees terrify me!) Also, The HeartStopper Yearbook was my first read and five star read of the year :D

I like that idea. Just 1 book a year. But I have a friend and her reading goal is to read 12 books in a year. That is 1 book/month.
That’s also a very fun challenge! And I like that idea, still low enough that it’s not too stressful!
