@@julianjazz7296I just hear the pitch wobbling up and down, - as the bass has a lower pitch, we are less likely to hear pitch deviations if they are that fast. The end tone alone shows it clearly.

@James McKellar I think the recording quality was sufficient... I believe in this case the magnetic tape that this was recorded on stretched (probably after repeated usage) which changes the pitch ever so slightly. When a tape stretches and is still regulated at the same speed via the capstan, it causes the pitch to drop.
