I have a 9 year old 600D (named the EOS Kiss X5 because it was bought in Japan). I've done many events, weddings, portraits and even vlogged with it. It's certainly an amazing camera for those starting out, and certainly will always be a great little workhorse of mine. When I upgrade, it'll be my trusty backup and probably will put it in a special container when I retire it.
Is it good for videos? How isnthe maximum frame rate? Thank you
What price do you think it should be sold second hand?
I'm looking at 1 for 250 euros.... Do u think still worth it?

Wow. When I saw the price I disregarded this camera and almost bought the 60d. This video just made me realise that I can buy this for my TH-cam channel and light videography purposes and use the remaining change for lenses and other gear. Plus it has both a mic and headphone jack. Lekker
So which is better this camera or canon eos 250d??
@@revtricks290 I got the 600d but a friend of mine has a 200d mkII (250d). I suggest you get the 250d. It's newer so it has a better warranty and the digic 8 chip is so good at processing images. It's so eaay to work with. It has all the bells and whistles for a beginner or semi-pro

I dont know much abt camera but is it good to use in 2024? Cuz i need it for a photography course in my college and thats the only camera we have at home my sis gave it to me 😅 think to buy a new one but currently im broke
it's good for a beginner/intermediate photographer, i have been using it for months and it's pretty nice
You can take great photos because most good photos are 80% the photographer and 20% the camera/lens. With good settings this camera is incredible and me myself use it in 2024.

I think I need the 600D for my TH-cam videos because of the Flip... I can see myself when doing Vlog....

I was offered an EOS600D with 200mm lens for $300 in cash ,new condition; Is this a good deal? I am looking for a replacement for my NX300 which now fails working,difficult to get replacement parts.

Length of overall time will depend on your SD card.
Built in microphone is ok, but a hotshoe mount RODE is better.

I have 4 batteries, each battery will record around 45minutes to about an hour per charge.

There no battery that can last 1.5hours? Regarding your batteries, do u mind sharing your reference?

I'm afraid it's not... but it's real simple to use even with the buttons. I use this camera myself but I'd suggest to go for some other camera of this price range... Nowadays there are some really not so expensive starter DSLRs that have much more functionality and resolution options as well. But if you want this itself then why not, it's lovely it's own way. All the best! :)

Check out canon m50 or Lumix g7 bro .. both are nice and cheap .. and for lens I always love 18-135 .. this lens is versatile .. if I have to chose I will definitely choose m50 cause it's has got dual pixel autofocus and can record 4k and 1080p at 120fps and speed booster can be mount to get 35mm equivalent .. 😊

is there auto focus for video recording?
It has. Would recommend manual focus tho. Because autofocus makes noise that will be picked up by the mic. At least that's my experience with the 600d
