If I had to say one TH-cam family that practically raised me it would definitely be the Shaytards. I’ve literally watched both Brock and Daxtons birth videos and I still remember when Emmi was really little. My tradition every year is to sit down and watch the Shaytards Christmas Special. It's crazy to see that everyone is grown up, remembering Gavin being a young teenager and now he is 18 (crazy). The ending almost got me crying, not every Christmas is the same, but you guys still manage to pull off an amazing video. Thanks, guys, for ending 2021 with a banger and Cheers to 2022.

my christmas was pretty terrible this year so seeing this honestly made my day. Ive been watching the shaytards since I was like 8 (I'm 20 now) so this brought back lots of happy memories for me. its so crazy seeing everyone in the family so grown up, especially gage!!

Its crazy to come back to this channel after not watching it in so many years. I used to frequently watch the ShayTards back in 2010/2011. I know there’s been some turmoil, but its great to see Shay and Colette in such a good place, as well as all the kids.
Every time Daxton says anything I’m amazed that he can speak. He is still 2 in my head.

My family was separated this year during Christmas. We lost my dad almost two years back around the holidays, and my brother this year tested positive for COVID, so we couldn't all celebrate together. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face as I enjoy and look forward to watching these christmas specials every year, and watching these kids grow up. Love you guys!

Amazing. I realized a long time ago that the reason I watch and enjoy these vlogs so much is because I never had this in my life. I guess you could say I watch these vlogs because Im living vicariously through them but also more than anything I want to achieve this for myself some day. My family was always broken and disfyunctional and for a long time I believed that family doesn't matter and I hated my family for a long time and I still kinda do, it's something Im trying to get over and move on from. Sad thing is everyone is grown up so it's kind of too late which is why I think the best thing I can do is just let go and move on, start my own family and do it right. God bless you, Shaytards. ❤🎄

I used to be an avid Shaytards viewer. Never missed a vlog. Was successful during Shayloss with Shay and met him in Toronto at Dundas Square -literally- years ago. I got to touch beard-tard and see Emmi on the big screen when she was on the CD cover.
That being said, I haven't watched in a long time. I got older and had children of my own -- but I stumbled upon this video today and it felt like going to a family reunion. I am so happy to see how well you are all doing and how grown up all the shaytards children are. Brock looks so much like Gavin, and Daxton like Emmi. Nice to see you still have Zeke and Blondie -- congratulations on little Louie.

Shaytards was my first ever channel subscription on You Tube. I had never even heard of You Tube before and got an ipad and found this beautiful family. Of course I was immediately hooked. I saw Shay talking in the freezer and have literally watched your kids grow with mine. I love you guys so much. As a restaurant server since I was 16 years old (a whole 9 years!) I can tell you that your generous tip was SOOOO appreciated! Tips are so hit or miss around the holiday season. That for sure made your server’s whole week!!! Love you guys so much, been watching since 2010!
Would you be offended if you weren’t tipped? I ask because I would be very reluctant myself as a non American. I don’t see why I should subsidise wages of employees because their employer can’t. Most of the world sees the tip culture in the US as pretty insane.
@@Horizon301. I understand that America is very different on that, and I also understand your reason for being reluctant on tipping. However, we unfortunately cannot do anything about the pay, and someone has to do the job. So if you prefer to not tip then I don't think you should eat at a restaurant in America. Your server shouldn't have to be punished financially just because your custums do things differently!
