Oh, let me loose (and slow) in this place! Fortnum & Mason - always extraordinary. Would love to explore the china department, and their Christmas table displays. And then after, exhausted after all that musing and exploration - a substantial amount of scottish smoked salmon, capers, etc., with, of course - fabulous chocolates and marzipan to take home, thinking about/digesting some of the sweetness of earthly life. I learned of Fortnum and Mason through watching the original All Creatures Series while I was pregnant 39 yeas ago. The cheeses in the hamper looked tasty
Ceramic nutcrackers and the shortlegged fruity reindeer wouldn't make it to my wishlist, but some nice if very unaffordable items in general there. Look forward to your vids to come on window displays. Thanks for showing the products. Liked the crackers and they inspire many DIY ideas.
Navy blue and Gold 🎉loved seeing the owls as well. And the Musical biscuit tin. Only Bed Bath and Table have similarities to these decorations here in Australia. Thank You 🙏🏽 for showing these beautiful Christmas 🎄 things.
They are all very beautifull but for this 76 year old lady my favourite has to be the Macenzie Childs deer with the pink ballerina shoes its fabulous.and i prefer the Harrods collection much more selection .thank you for taking us there.🎄
Some beautiful decorations. Only problem is one bauble probably costs as much as my whole trees baubles. One can dream. Then again I probably get as much pleasure from my cheap tat as some get from their luxurious ones. I do like old fashioned style Christmas cards.

Much more traditional than Harrods and to a point 👉 Libertys. I did love a lot of the decorations especially the wreaths and loved the moon 🌙🌚 and ☪️🌟 ones. With the crackers I would unwrap them and pull the cracker part separately. I have never seen advent calendars 📅 like that and would 😟 about dropping them. I loved 😍 the animated decorations including the 🍪 tin. Not a big fan of Christmas pudding and I am sure the fruit 😋 cake is very rich. I think I 🤔 would like father 👨 Christmas 🎄 to deliver Libertys Christmas 🎄 decorations to me though I did like a lot of Fortnum and Mason Christmas 🎄😀😄😅😊😁 decorations.

This is the first video of your’s that I’ve seen and I absolutely loved it. I was not disappointed in the least by Fortnum and Masons decorations this year, I think they are fabulous - but then I have nothing to compare them to 😄 I must say how much I appreciate your camera work, you really give us time to see everything quite well. Sorry, I watched it on Friday night and forgot to comment. Loved the tour round the Christmas shop. F&M is my all time favourite store in London. The staff, and the whole atmosphere outshines all the other well known stores in the capital.

I have watched a few videos of Christmas collections. This is by far my favourite so I have subscribed to your channel. Thankyou for a calm and very fascinating tour!
Wonderful video. Thank you!! I ordered many ornaments from the F&M website. I am so looking forward to them!! So beautiful. I wish I could go to England and have a beautiful tea there. ONe thing, the website does not have as many ornaments that are shown in the store here. Many are not on the site. That is fine as I have so many lovely ones. I so wanted the ice skates with the white feathers on top and they do not have them on the website. I really want those. I love the glass bulbs with the little metal and glass beads and the colorful gems. I love as my favorite. However, I do not like the fuzzy ones or the embroidered ones. I do not like the long legged characters. I love beautiful traditional British Christmas set up. I also purchased the turning Christmas tree with the blinking lights. Cant wait.
Shame they were not all on there. I was in Fortnum and Mason last night and the decorations were certainly less in number than when I filmed the video. Also filmed the window display to bring you very soon. I did look at the price of the afternoon tea on the top floor restaurant and it was £75 per head and a two week waiting list. If you do come over do book it well in advance....😀👍

Then I can take my time there and see other lovely areas of London and England. Would love to see the Cotswold's, Bath, White Cliffs of Dover, and Devon. That will be my next big trip. I was in England last in 1985! LOL
Imagine what people can be made to desire and buy to celebrate our Lord's birthday! Everything laid out in September like endless arrays of cakes for bulimics. I suppose the only good thing about expensive knick-knacks and trinkets is that you possibly collect them for keeps.

Hi Helene, yes this was filmed the last week of September and Harrods was the first week of September. If looking to visit and see the stores then I would suggest the second week of October as some do decorate later, but this would capture all the big ones, the ones we've covered in the videos. No F&M was totally decorated and for that I think we'll have to wait until later in November. Plus the outside of F&M is usually by end of November as they turn the building into a massive advent calander, we have a video on the channel from last year and it is even more of a wow moment when you see it from Piccadilly. Hope this helps 👍😃
I couldn’t find the pear/apple/pomegranate baubles online, they are so gorgeous. Seems like the only ones not on offer from the video, last year’s ornaments perhaps?

So disappointing to see this. I thought F&M had mire integrity. Not so many years ago Christmas decorations and displays mostly didnt appear before the first Sunday in advent (27th november this year). Now, by the time Christmas comes around, one is heartily sick of being assaulted by "Jingle Bells" and "White Christmas" at every twist and turn.
Thanks for watching and commenting, I know a few have said it's early. Funnily enough the music was very neutral. What was also lovely to see was the smiling faces in there of staff and shopper's plus the international shoppers had a chance to buy and take things home.
Everything looks too mass produced and some of it was garish and silly more for tourism. Nothing really from Germany/ Switzerland or anywhere else. The plush quilted ornaments and the red smaller baubles were very well done however.

Everything looks too mass produced and some of it was garish and silly more for tourism. Nothing really from Germany/ Switzerland or anywhere else. The plush quilted ornaments and the red smaller baubles were very well done however.
