And in GA, they look at the earning ability of both parents, as well as any exceptions to be considered by either parent, to determine the amount of care the child needs and how that amount is apportioned between the 2 parents. Tyrese seems to be conflating the child support process with the prenup/marriage. Lawyers for child support is not the same as lawyers for dissolution of the marriage.
