Peugeot 107 on snowy roads overtaking a Land Rover Defender and Discovery

Short clip of me driving my little Peugeot 107 after yesterday's snow fall. I overtook a Defender and Discovery - who needs a 4x4 when all you need is a set of decent tyres? :D

I mean at the end of the day your in a Peugeot 107 I’d prefer to be in the defender or the discovery

I'd rather have the 107. Far cheaper to run, more reliable and good fun to drive.

Perfectly safe when using winter tyres, but of course only around 1% of the cars in the UK have that... Was funny when I was the only one who could drive up to our house on the street.
And four wheel drive with summer tyres does not make up for it. Those two cars in the video probably had normal summer tyres on, hence it made perfect sense for them to drive slower.

@@TiborPolacsek I agree, the Peugeot 107 is great in snow, as long as you have good tyres. A couple of years ago and as an inexperienced driver I beat everyone to work after a heavy fall. Drivers of luxury brands call the 107 a washing machine but on that morning I saw many Mercs and BMWs beached because people don't know how to control the throttle and counter steer, and of course neglecting using winter tyres.
Roll on a couple of years...this morning I struggled though. My front tyres are due a replacement and on a steep hill outside our house, I got to the top and started spinning the wheels and needed a small push which shows how important tyres are. Although, I didn't have a proper run at it, I started half way up. I made it though...
