La cosa imbarazzante è che la gente applaude. Penso che una cosa così in Italia verrebbe fischiata come minima e il regista verrebbe preso a sonori calci in calo come si meriterebbe. In più mi chiedo: fossi io un cantante mi rifiuterei di cantare una tale pagliacciata proprio per rispetto del mio lavoro.
l'unica azione scenica che apprezzo di questa messa in scena risibile, ma che non fa neppure ridere, è che a metà della scena, pur senza alcuna motivazione drammatica, Leonora si sbarazza della TreTorteImpilate. Purtroppo é Verdi che la costringe a rientrare, abbasso Verdi :)

Marketing..... un gran negocio para los ignorantes. Los teatros hoy en día no tienen en cuenta la calidad de los cantantes (algunos si lo mantienen) los teatros solo desean una cosa: llenar por completo su aforo para tener máxima rentabilidad si con ello traen a "cualquier cantante afamado", ellos no discuten quien canta bien o no, sino cuanto dinero ganarán, pero mientras haya publico sordo, mal asunto y poco futuro para la opera porque por desgracia cada tiempo que pasa los teatros (de cualquier nivel) están llenos de mediocres cantantes. Es como llenar unas olimpiadas con atletas desentrenados, igual ocurre con la comida (productos de baja calidad a alto coste, y procesados...)

I am not sure that they have won Grand prix. I saw many other more strange modern stagings of many operas. I doubt they are even in the top.
